Steadman Hub have partnered with a leading financial business based out of Liverpool, looking to bring a HubSpot CRM Manager in house to help assist with their Sales and Marketing efforts.The business are looking for a HubSpot Specialist with strong technical capabilities to optimise the CRM and automations across the HubSpot CRM. You will play a pivotal role in refining HubSpot to match business needs.Job title: HubSpot SpecialistLocation: Liverpool (3x a week travel into the office)Salary: up to £75,000Responsibilities:Manage the day to day of the HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Pro and Ops Hub Pro)Tailor and refine HubSpot workflows, sales pipelines, and lead-nurturing automations to support business goals and departmental targets. Work closely with internal teams to define key metrics, build insightful dashboards, and analyse data trends. Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop and enhance HubSpot workflows aimed at improving lead tracking, automating repetitive tasks, and increasing conversion rates.Support day-to-day HubSpot users with training sessions focused on practical usage of workflows, automation features, and platform best practices to boost adoption and operational proficiency.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years\’ experience working with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.)Skilled in building dashboards, working with attribution models, and interpreting performance data to drive strategic decisions.Great communication skills, written and verbalStrong stakeholder management experience*Please note, this role requires a right to work in the UK and does not offer visa sponsorship*
