Steadman Hub have partnered with a leading financial business based out of Liverpool, looking to bring a HubSpot CRM Manager in house to help assist with their Sales and Marketing efforts. The business are looking for a HubSpot Specialist with strong technical capabilities to optimise the CRM and automations across the HubSpot CRM. You will play a pivotal role in refining HubSpot to match business needs.

Location: Liverpool (3x a week travel into the office)

Salary: up to £75,000

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day of the HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Pro and Ops Hub Pro).
  • Tailor and refine HubSpot workflows, sales pipelines, and lead-nurturing automations to support business goals and departmental targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to define key metrics, build insightful dashboards, and analyse data trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop and enhance HubSpot workflows aimed at improving lead tracking, automating repetitive tasks, and increasing conversion rates.
  • Support day-to-day HubSpot users with training sessions focused on practical usage of workflows, automation features, and platform best practices to boost adoption and operational proficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub).
  • Skilled in building dashboards, working with attribution models, and interpreting performance data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
