Weβre looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a key transformation programme, supporting the design, build, test, and deployment of HCM functionality. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, lead key solution design decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement SAP HCM solutions for improved operational performance.
- Lead the delivery of core HR processes including Time Booking and Mini-Master data.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with compliance and project needs.
- Expert knowledge of SAP HCM β Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Timesheet.
- Experience with SAP Workflow Approvals and HR Mini-Master integration.
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project Systems integration.
- Background in Aerospace & Defence (A&D) is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
