An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Planning Surveyor to join a leading company in the UK’s land and mineral sector. Responsibilities Included:

  • Support the Regional Strategic Planning team in ensuring long-term mineral continuity and industrial footprint.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management of Land and Natural Resources (L&NR) and Business Unit Capex projects.
  • Engage with stakeholder groups to develop relationships and facilitate community engagement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategic plans that identify mineral continuity and industrial footprint requirements.

Skills and Attributes:

  • A relevant degree, working towards or recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or Town Planner (RTPI).
