I am working with a very exciting company, who are currently migrating multiple CRMs into Salesforce, with Salesforce being the only CRM to run the business. This includes Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
As a Product Owner, you will be the face of Salesforce. You will have the key role in managing and enhancing the Salesforce system. In this role you will be working with internal stakeholders, administrators and developers to ensure the successful delivery of all features and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives to deliver business value. Ensure alignment with company goals and strategy
Act as the main point of contact between the business teams and development teams. Gather requirements, provide updates, and communicate progress, risks, and changes effectively.
Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to deliver features that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce features, ensuring they meet business needs. Conduct regular reviews to ensure the product aligns with customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and configurations.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
