I am currently looking to recruit a Senior FP & A Accountant for a global manufacturing business in Lancashire. Reporting into the Head of Business Planning and Performance your key focuses will include:
- Lead periodical budgeting and forecasting
- Build forward-looking financial models and scenario analysis
- Drive insights from operations data to inform strategic decisions
- Identify root causes of variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in reporting
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales teams on costs/performance
- Facilitate performance reviews
I am looking for candidates who are qualified, can demonstrate a proven track record in FP & A ideally in a manufacturing and/or product based sector, with strong interpersonal skills allowing you to challenge and influence assumptions to support business decisions.
