As Reporting & Insights Lead , you'll play a pivotal role in unlocking actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger commercial outcomes across our growing group of professional services businesses. From building a new insights team to working with C-suite stakeholders, this is a rare opportunity to make a real impact the business invest heavily in data and technology post-M&A.

Key Skills We’re Looking For

✔️ Power BI expert with a flair for visual storytelling

✔️ Proven experience managing data analytics teams (2+ years)

✔️ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

✔️ Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or Python

✔️ Commercially savvy with a passion for turning data into action
