Our client, a prominent organization in the region, is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead – Technology, based in Riyadh, KSA.
This individual contributor role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent while managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and build strong external talent pipelines.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of specialized experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, including more than 3 years focused on digital and Technology hiring.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience working in multinational environments, managing both executive search and high-volume hiring.
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Taleo, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully filling Digital / Technology roles across various levels.
