Salary up to 28,000 DOE

Hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday (no weekends)

Our client is an independently owned manufacturer providing products to clients in a variety of market sectors. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and management of artwork for studio processing
  • Artwork Product Management and creation on MIS (CERM)
  • Ensure all artwork/proofs meet quality standards and adhere to branding or client guidelines
  • Maintain records of all artwork and approvals
  • Work closely with the sales and production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Conduct final QA proofing checks before going to print, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Quality assurance of final printed goods before invoicing

Key Skills:

  • Experience in artwork prepress or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of design software would be an advantage such as: Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Esko and ArtPro+
  • Strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills on phone and email
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while multi-tasking
