Salary up to 28,000 DOE
Hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday (no weekends)
Our client is an independently owned manufacturer providing products to clients in a variety of market sectors. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and management of artwork for studio processing
- Artwork Product Management and creation on MIS (CERM)
- Ensure all artwork/proofs meet quality standards and adhere to branding or client guidelines
- Maintain records of all artwork and approvals
- Work closely with the sales and production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct final QA proofing checks before going to print, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Quality assurance of final printed goods before invoicing
Key Skills:
- Experience in artwork prepress or a related role
- Strong knowledge of design software would be an advantage such as: Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Esko and ArtPro+
- Strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills on phone and email
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while multi-tasking
