This International PR Manager is positioned in a leading global law firm and is a newly created role to be responsible for developing and implementing the international PR strategies for the Firm’s international offices. Working closely with the Director of Communications as well as the Head of International Business Development, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Firm’s brand presence, engaging multiple stakeholders, and effectively communicating and protecting our value proposition on a global scale. This role will focus on cultivating relationships with international media, managing communications, and promoting the Firm’s services and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (SRA Standards and Regulations).
  • Develop and implement the Firm's international media strategy.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other outreach materials.
  • Design PR strategies to support Firm objectives and manage key messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and media.
  • Handle international media enquiries and coordinate global events.
  • Support corporate communications and identify profile-raising opportunities.
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance media relations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & BD teams for seamless internal and external communications.
  • Advise on PR elements of sponsorships and thought leadership.
  • Research competitors and continuously improve promotional strategies.
  • Manage communication budgets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate for this role will have international PR, cross matrix business collaboration from a legal and/or professional services environment.
