The Advocate Group is proud to be working with a trailblazing drinks company in their search for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their UK team and help drive growth across a fast-moving and exciting brand portfolio.

The Role: We’re looking for a driven and creative Trade Marketing Manager to connect brand strategy with first-class execution across both Retail and On-Trade. Here’s how:

  • Own shopper marketing execution across digital and physical environments.
  • Deliver standout promotions, visual merchandising, POS, activations and in-store media.
  • Collaborate with brand and sales teams to ensure brand visibility, shopper conversion, and consistency across touchpoints.
  • Develop premium-quality POS materials, lead impactful activations, and drive education, trial and rate of sale.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships across production, distribution, and campaign reporting.
  • Use insights to optimise retail performance and identify growth opportunities across channels.

About You:

  • 4+ years’ experience in shopper, retail, or trade marketing within drinks.
  • A confident collaborator with strong commercial thinking and campaign execution experience.
  • Skilled in POS development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about premium drinks and delivering high-quality shopper experiences.
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive with a creative mindset and strategic focus.
