iO Associates is looking for a Certified Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce for a leading global provider of technology-driven risk and compliance solutions. This company helps organizations manage health, safety, environmental, and ESG requirements. It offers software and consulting services to streamline compliance, improve contractor management, and enhance workplace safety, supporting over 45,000 businesses worldwide.
Key Requirements:
- Break down complex business information into structured, feasible Salesforce solutions, guiding stakeholders effectively.
- Design and document enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, create functional specs, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Proficient in data migration tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Force.com Migration Tool) and experienced in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering and analysis through workshops, and document solutions using industry-standard models, functional designs, and user stories.
- Support Salesforce development and testing, conduct feature demos and UAT sessions, and drive post-implementation adoption and change management.
- Act as primary contact for business users, providing first-level support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective resolution and escalation when needed.
- Oversee data integrity and reporting by developing dashboards, validating SOQL queries, supporting data migration, and maintaining best data management practices.
