We are pleased to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Chichester to recruit a passionate and energetic PE Teacher to join their vibrant team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). About the Role:

As PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a range of sports and physical activities. You will work closely with the Head of PE and wider pastoral team to support students’ engagement, wellbeing, and personal growth through physical education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Encourage healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship, and active participation
  • Support and lead extracurricular sports clubs and school fixtures (where applicable)
  • Assess and monitor student progress in line with school policy
  • Contribute to the positive ethos of the PE department and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in Physical Education or a related subject
  • Experience teaching PE at secondary level
  • A strong understanding of inclusive practice in sport and fitness
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for inspiring young people to enjoy physical activity
