My client, an independent firm of accountants, are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team, where you will be responsible for internal financial management.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Take responsibility for the function, recommending process improvements where appropriate
- Manage Payroll, VAT returns and payments
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budget and forecast reports
- Ensure compliance to regulations, keeping abreast of legislative changes
- Support the Directors in the planning of strategic growth, through delivery of accurate, insightful financial reporting and analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Finance Manager:
- CIMA/ACCA qualified highly desirable
- Experience of carrying out a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail
