Our client, a specialist MEP contractor, are looking for a Business Development Manager to look after the South region of the UK (e.g. London, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge, etc). This role will be part of the work winning team, responsible for identifying leads and filling the pipeline to build on our client's already impressive growth rate.
You will be liaising with stakeholders like Project Managers, M&E Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects and End Clients to understand project pipelines and relevant scopes for work to engage on. Current focus areas are Commercial, Healthcare, Science & Research and Higher Education, but increasingly involved in areas like Data Centres and Energy too.
