Are you capable of overseeing the company wide training and development agenda? Do you want to a position that you can shape and own? This is a rare opportunity for a Training Specialist to take ownership of the training needs across the company to include 1-2-1 sessions, group sessions and E-learning. With a focus on soft skills as well as statutory and health and safety, the Training Manager role is broad and ready for a passionate, strong allrounder to lead.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Training Manager:
- Engage with all department heads to understand range and scope of training needs in line with company objectives, HR and industry requirements
- Design and create engaging training content including e-learning to meet the demands of the business
- Manage Training budget including engaging with 3rd parties
- Ensure training records are kept up to date
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in designing and implementing training programmes
- Experience with e-learning and LMS
- Positive, proactive and highly organised
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to different sites
