London based with 3 days a week in the office and two working from home. The business is a global financial services start-up with an exciting new mandate for an experienced onboarding manager.

As the business recruits top talent over the next couple of years, they want to create a brilliant reputation for first class service and excellent recruitment processes and experience. The Onboarding Manager will work with the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure that all candidate touch points are managed perfectly in a structured process that will immerse employees and potential employees in the wonderful business culture.

The job involves all stages of onboarding from contracts to day one in the office. As well as delivering these duties, you would help shape them and the processes in order for new starters to feel welcomed. It will be a professional experience, but you have creative license to make this unique and stand out from the rest of the market.

In order to apply, you must be able to demonstrate design of the onboarding experience in a global business – ideally a regulated industry. You will have been the dedicated contact for new starters through to completion of the probation period.
