Senior Operations Consultant

My client based in Birmingham is looking for some new Senior Consultant/Manager level professionals with Consulting experience who have worked in the Operations Excellence or Performance Improvement space. You can come from any industry, but Manufacturing, Auto, Supply Chain, Food & Beverage or FMCG would be very useful. Current or ex Consulting experience is also a must. Experience Needed Must come from or previously a Consulting background. Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Transformation and Orgnaisational Efficiency are terms you should be comfortable with Experience in Managing cross functional teams in operational excellence or Performance Improvement projects with clients. Have excellent stakeholder management and soft skill capabilities. My client is looking for someone to take ownership of this role and be willing to learn and improve quickly. Remote/Hybrid role. You can be based anywhere but must be able to get to Birmingham for preferably 1 day a week. You must be able to travel to client site when required. And will therefore be required to drive.
