Legal Counsel - Funds/ Investments

Global investment manager that continues to go from strength to strength has created new head count for a highly capable funds lawyer. Best known for their systematic and quantitative strategies and general love of technology you would be joining a global team of lawyers that work collaboratively in a relatively flat structure. Previous experience in a variety of Investment funds work is sought. As is a willingness to broaden your skill set. Day to day may include drafting and reviewing fund documentation, reviewing documentation for private investments, and assisting with investor relation matters including onboarding new investors and negotiating investor side letters.
