Our dedicated London team provides a full range of services, from agency and investment through to lease consultancy, planning and business rates, acting for London’s leading developers, investors and occupiers. We are looking for a Partner to join our London Office Advisory Business Rates team, specialising in business rates services for landlord and occupier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing high-level advisory services on business rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to Newmark's growth and market presence.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with other divisions within the firm to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary services to clients.
- Work within the Office Advisory Business Rates team, providing strategic direction and mentoring to team members.

- Salary: competitive based on market and professional experience
