Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic (depending on experience) + circa £100k OTE

Our client is a nationally recognised, top player within the property industry, and we are looking for their next Sales Manager to support and lead the team. This role is based in the heart of St John's Wood, one of the best property markets in the city.

This role will directly report to the Area Director, and will be responsible for sourcing new instructions, negotiating fees and team management. This role is perfect for someone looking for a step into management, and our client offers incredible professional development and career progression.

What You'll Do:

  • Conducting Accurate Valuations: Use your market knowledge and analytical skills to appraise properties, ensuring accurate and fair valuations to win instructions.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with homeowners, offering expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to provide insightful advice and strategies.
  • Business Development: Increase market share & support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue.
  • Team Management: Develop, motivate and train members of the team.
  • Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience & Expertise: A proven track record in residential property sales and valuations, with a deep understanding of the London market in and around this area.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
  • Drive & Ambition: A self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a hunger for success.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (automatic or manual).
