Principal – Executive Search Opportunity - Strategy and Consulting - £100,000+ Fees
Higher Group are partnered with a Boutique Search firm whose three core disciplines are Private Equity, Corporates (C&I) and Professional Services. They have been able to provide a higher level of service & results, without the information over-indulgence. Operating Exclusively Retained. No consultant billed lower than £350,000 in 2024.
You will work with both Mid Market to large Cap Funds, and their Portfolio firms. Their average Commencement fee sits at £50,000, charging on both Comp & Bonus implementation, whilst working Avg Base salaries of £150,000 (£100,000 Avg Fee).
- 45% commission

- 2 Day WFH (Mon+Fri)

The Desk you will join is a small team, achieving £5.5m/year who has plans to grow the division due to last year's success. Working hand in hand with multiple £1m billers on their most executive fees (£400k+).
New Service offerings are pivotal to the next growth phase, recently introducing a Large cap Offering to new Consultants. With the opportunity to work alongside Partners within the Large Cap Market, earning full fee values.
