We are looking for an Experienced CRM Data Scientist to join our team in London! Salary Range: Β£60.000 β Β£70.000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. About the job: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in CRM and customer behavior analysis to join our newly founded CRM Data Science team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing customer behavior on our gambling platforms, providing insights and building features that will drive our business strategies and enhance customer engagement. We are building a new real-time CRM platform, and this is a great chance to have a profound impact on the project. Key Responsibilities: β’ Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights related to customer behavior. β’ Develop predictive models to forecast customer activities and trends. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies. β’ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). β’ Utilize machine learning techniques to optimize CRM strategies, especially related to automated campaign optimization. β’ Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Requirements: β’ Master\βs or PhD degree in a quantitative field. β’ Proven experience of large-scale data analysis and hypothesis testing. β’ Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. β’ Proficient in Python (pandas, scipy, numpy, scikit-learn) or R (tidyverse / data.table), along with SQL. β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. β’ Willingness to take ownership of analytics projects and be the engine driving them from ideation phase till bringing out the product to customers, and beyond. What will make you stand out: β’ Experience working in an analytics role in the gambling industry. β’ Experience with CRM data analysis and customer segmentation. β’ Knowledge of tensorflow / pytorch. β’ Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Google Looker and working with Google\βs BigQuery. β’ Experience in design and evaluation of A/B tests. β’ Familiarity with Bayesian statistics, especially for hypothesis testing. Extra points for good knowledge of Bayesian programming (PyMC3, etc). β’ Experience with application of optimization theory or reinforcement learning based on automated A/B testing.
