You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting and effective stock management across chilled dessert products, working closely with our UK depot and European factories. Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain forecast accuracy to align with factory stock management
- Analyse data to identify trends and resolve service and waste level issues
- Communicate with factories in Europe to support and inform supply chain decisions
- Manage chilled dessert forecasting and stock control
- Support seasonal planning for events like Christmas and Easter
- Liaise with warehouses, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
