Having achieved a lot of initial traction with enterprise-level clients, a London based start-up is now looking to scale their platform further. They have hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members and now need their final Seed-stage team hire: a Product Designer.
The Role:
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct user research.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
- Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes at varying levels of fidelity.
- Manage your design process, timelines, and deliverables within an Agile or similar development environment.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in UX & product design.
- Designed complex applications & user flows from concept to launch.
- Led user research projects of various scope sizes, timelines and methodologies.
- Designed simple and intuitive user interfaces.
- Participated in and providing product leadership in agile development processes.
Interview Process:

- Case study with VP, Product and Product Designer
- Introduction to Engineering Team
