Having achieved a lot of initial traction with enterprise-level clients, a London based start-up is now looking to scale their platform further. They have hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members and now need their final Seed-stage team hire: a Product Designer.

The Role:

  • Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes at varying levels of fidelity.
  • Manage your design process, timelines, and deliverables within an Agile or similar development environment.

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in UX & product design.
  • Designed complex applications & user flows from concept to launch.
  • Led user research projects of various scope sizes, timelines and methodologies.
  • Designed simple and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Participated in and providing product leadership in agile development processes.

Interview Process:

  • 30 min screening interview with VP of Product
  • Case study with VP, Product and Product Designer
  • Introduction to Engineering Team
  • Final stage 30 min chat with Co-Founders
