A leading provider of legal software solutions is looking to hire an implementation consultant in London. The main purpose of this role is to gather requirements and build end-to-end solutions for clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing integration processes and regularly reviewing documentation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Running customer meetings and workshops.
- Setting up the technical components of appliances and API integrations.
- Building solutions using HighQ collaborate.
- Working closely with the product, support and customer success teams providing a value-add service to customers.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Gathering requirements and mapping customer needs.
