The Role:
We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in test automation for high throughput, low latency systems. You will work closely with software developers, quants, and infrastructure teams to design and implement robust testing frameworks that ensure the stability and performance of trading applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for trading systems
- Build test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and system bottlenecks
- Collaborate across teams to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in QA engineering or software testing within financial services or high-performance tech environments
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and test integration in DevOps environments
- Understanding of trading systems, market data, or real-time applications is a plus
