Lead Land Surveyor (Leicester)

We’re looking for an experienced Utility Surveyor to join our growing team and support a mix of local and national infrastructure projects. You’ll need at least 5 years of hands-on experience in utility mapping using EML and GPR techniques, with a solid track record of safe, accurate site work.What you’ll be doing:Carrying out PAS128-compliant utility surveys across a variety of sitesCapturing underground services using EML and GPR equipmentWorking closely with project leads to ensure surveys are delivered to specEnsuring clear field markings and accurate data collectionLiaising with CAD and processing teams (you won’t need to process data yourself)What we’re looking for:Minimum 5 years of experience in utility surveyingStrong understanding of industry standards including PAS128Confident with EML and GPR equipmentCSCS card and a full UK driving licenceAbility to work independently or as part of a small teamPerks of the job:Once the job is done, your day is done – no need to hang around until 5Work on varied and interesting projects across the UKSupported by a skilled CAD team so you can focus on the fieldCompany vehicle, equipment, and ongoing training providedIf you\’re a reliable and experienced Utility Surveyor looking for more flexibility and autonomy in your workday, we\’d like to hear from you.
