SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant

Day Rate: £645 (Inside IR35)

Location: London (with travel to Reading, paid)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (60%–80% onsite depending on project phase)

Start Date: 18th June 2025

End Date: 28th November 2025

Clearance: Must be a British national eligible for SC clearance

We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a key transformation programme, supporting the design, build, test, and deployment of HCM functionality. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, lead key solution design decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement SAP HCM solutions for improved operational performance.
• Lead the delivery of core HR processes including Time Booking and Mini-Master data.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with compliance and project needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expert knowledge of SAP HCM – Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Timesheet.
• Experience with SAP Workflow Approvals and HR Mini-Master integration.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project Systems integration.
• Background in Aerospace & Defence (A&D) is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
