Manufacturing Engineer – ToolingLocation: MarlowSalary: £45-60k Clearance required: Candidates must be British nationals Copello have partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – Tooling to join their bust team. As the Tooling Engineer, you’ll design and deliver high-performance jigs, fixtures, and tooling systems for low-volume, high-value aerospace components.What You’ll Do:Design precision tooling with 3D CAD and 2D drawingsDevelop and optimize CNC programs (3/4/5-axis) to aerospace standardsCollaborate cross-functionally to drive quality and efficiencyApply GD&T and DFM/DFA principles to deliver cost-effective, high-performance solutionsSupport continuous improvement in machining and assembly processesWhat You Bring:5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineeringStrong CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks, Hypermill, Edgecam)CNC expertise (Mazak, Haas) and tooling design know-howDeep understanding of aerospace materials, standards or similar (AS9100, FAIR), and quality systemsDegree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Why Join Us?Work on world-class aerospace projectsCollaborate with leading engineers and machinistsAccess training and development resources (CAD/CAM included)Be part of a safety-first, innovation-driven culture
