My client is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to manage their own patch effectively. The role involves handling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases and tenancy matters. The successful candidate should be experienced, proactive, and capable of working alongside knowledgeable peers. Responsibilities include managing minor rent cases, passing them to relevant teams after initial assessment, and providing comprehensive housing advice and assistance.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
• Reducing voids backlog
• Experience in Social Housing/Tenancy Management within a Local Authority, including tenancy sign-ups
• Conducting initial rent assessments and delegating minor cases
• Identifying vulnerable residents and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure safety and tenancy sustainability
• Managing successions, assignments, mutual exchanges, legal issues, court statements, boundary disputes, and property damage
