A fast-growing Alternative Funds team at a leading global advisory firm is looking to hire a Senior Manager in London. This team advises top-tier Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, with a strong pipeline of work and a clear path to Directorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical tax advice to asset managers and funds, including transaction and structuring support.
- Manage corporate and partnership tax compliance, ensuring timely reporting.
- Oversee investor reporting and client portfolios, delivering high-quality service.
- Collaborate across tax, financial services, and international teams to develop new opportunities.
- Lead business development efforts and maintain client relationships.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience managing a client portfolio.
- Strong tax technical skills with an interest in financial services.
