DescriptionWhat you’ll do:Lead and manage a global team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance and professional development. Develop and execute product strategies for the Pricing & Rating Platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends while fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee the prioritization and execution of product initiatives, ensuring that the team effectively gathers and documents requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and client services, to ensure successful product development and launch. Drive the entire product lifecycle management process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality that meet client expectations in the pricing and rating space. Communicate product vision, benefits, and value propositions effectively to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team, encouraging creative problem-solving and proactive identification of market opportunities. RequirementsYou’ll do it using:Several years’ experience in product leadership roles or relevant experience with pricing and rating engine solutions at a large insurance carrier. Strong understanding of actuarial and risk management principles, along with experience using relevant analytical tools. Hands-on experience with the agile process, including creating epics, stories, and managing backlogs. Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable product deliverables. Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and lead discussions on product design, functionality, and implementation. You’ll excel by:Leveraging your product management experience to craft well-defined strategies that drive the development of high-quality product features. Your ability to operate in an agile environment, ensuring that all user stories and epics align with the overall product vision and strategy.
