We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join one of the UK's leading building service providers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within high-end, prestigious commercial properties while being part of a professional and supportive team of engineers.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), attending to reactive maintenance tasks, and performing remedial works as required. The position follows a fixed schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a stable and consistent work routine.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial plumbing and hold relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent. A good understanding of building services and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.
Duties:- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Plumbing duties - Taps, Valves, Toilets, Pipes and Leaks
- Water Treatment - Legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, Dead leg removal, Flushing, Cooling towers and tap temperatures
- MHVR/FCU systems
- Heat interface unit (HIU) maintenance
- Underfloor heating maintenance
- Boiler maintenance
- General maintenance duties
- City and Guilds Level 2 in Heating and Ventilation / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualifications
- Prior experience in building service maintenance in a commercial environment (3 years minimum)
- Very client facing
- Driven and self motivated
- £32,000 - £36,000
- Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
