My client is a leading FM Hard services provider. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance electrician. You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition, test and inspection and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include:

  • PPM and reactive maintenance on several commercial buildings
  • Lighting, power, single and 3 phase
  • Emergency lighting
  • Fire alarm tests
  • Sockets, floor boxes
  • Fault finding back to panels and fuse boards
  • Escorting sub contractors
  • General paperwork

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary is up to £40K with van, phone, company benefits and more. This is a great opportunity to join a company that can offer great benefits.
