An opportunity to work with us on a permanent basis has been announced for an IT Environment Manager. You will play a fundamental role managing the technical environment within the organisation. You will ensure the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the cloud environment as well as the infrastructure setup.

The right person for this role will have expert knowledge working with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders within the business to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key skills required for this role:
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, visualisation technology, and network management
  • 5-7 years’ experience managing IT environments, system administration, or DevOps
  • Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience working with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef
  • CI/CD pipeline exposure
  • Demonstrable knowledge of security best practices and compliance
  • Containerisation experience (Docker, Kubernetes)

The right candidate for this position will be able to comfortably operate in a cloud environment and will be able to demonstrate their experience through previous project work. The main responsibilities of this position will be to consolidate the current IT environment and ensure that the organisation can still operate optimally.
