Looking for a role where no two days are the same? As our Operations Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes—keeping our paperwork in order, our drivers on schedule, and our customers happy. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, you’ll play a vital part in the day-to-day success of the depot, taking ownership of administration, communication, and coordination. It’s fast-paced, full of variety, and perfect for someone who thrives on making things happen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming enquiries from colleagues and customers, providing timely, accurate support.
- Entering orders and contracts into our systems, ensuring all admin is completed efficiently and correctly.
- Supporting daily route planning and adjusting collections to maximise efficiency.
- Investigating paperwork discrepancies and updating customer accounts as needed.
- Assisting with fleet admin tasks such as logging defect sheets, fuel receipts, and tachograph checks.
- Working closely with our Secure Collection Operatives (drivers), supporting daily operations and debriefs.
