We’re looking for a Contract Enterprise Architect to help shape and assure critical solutions that span organisational boundaries, enabling secure and scalable integrations across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys balancing strategic vision with technical delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing secure, scalable B2B data integration solutions using a mix of modern and legacy technologies.
- Capturing architectural requirements and defining reference architectures and integration landscapes.
- Developing transition states and transformation roadmaps to support long-term business change.
- Evaluating solution trade-offs and presenting HLDs through governance processes.
- Leading the formulation of architecture building blocks aligned with enterprise capabilities.
- Working with tools and technologies like iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft), API gateways, HSMs, and digital certificates.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in secure B2B integrations across organisational boundaries.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, iPaaS, EAI).
- Knowledge of security technologies (e.g., encryption, digital certs, HSMs).
- Experience capturing NFRs (scalability, throughput, availability, reconciliation, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop architecture roadmaps and transition states.
- Confident communicator able to engage senior stakeholders and defend architectural decisions.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF.
- Experience with Sparx EA, ArchiMate, or UML.
- Track record in producing HLDs and progressing them through technical design authorities.
