I am looking for an experienced, visionary leader to champion technical excellence across multiple sites. This is more than compliance β itβs about embedding a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement that resonates through every ingredient and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a quality-first culture, driving best practices in food safety and technical compliance across all manufacturing sites.
- Own audit excellence, acting as the technical lead for BRCGS, SQMS, and all third-party and customer audits, ensuring sites are always audit-ready.
- Translate customer and legal requirements into actionable standards, managing specifications, product data, and compliance documentation seamlessly.
- Drive proactive risk management, leading root cause investigations and delivering smart, sustainable corrective actions.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and consistency across Supplier Assurance, Customer Compliance, and Specifications.
- Continuously improve technical systems and processes, ensuring up-to-date procedures, clean audit trails, and operational alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, and operational leaders to embed quality into the heart of the business.
- Monitor and report on key technical KPIs, using data to drive performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
