Are you an experienced Contract Project Coordinator/ Administrator with experience in engineering project environments? Yoh Solutions are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Administrator on a contract basis for a leading engineering services business just outside of Edinburgh.
About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator/ Administrator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in helping Project Managers and Engineers coordinate every aspect of the project lifecycle — from planning and documentation to equipment mobilisation and progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required
- Act as the key liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
- Coordinate documentation and shipping requirements for ongoing projects
- Help manage project costs, invoicing, and progress monitoring
- Represent projects on-site to ensure quality and timeline adherence
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports, cost trackers, and forecasts
- Provide administrative cover during absences and support equipment logistics
- Maintain documentation control per company and regulatory standards
- HNC/HND in relevant engineering or technical discipline
- Proven experience in an engineering project environment
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in handling multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with project documentation and control systems (e.g. Glovia, Mastercontrol)
