Going through a continued period of growth and expansion, the business is a leading Suffolk based B2B & B2C product business with an established team of 10 in marketing and a substantial marketing budget. We are looking for someone to get involved with the following:Review of Marketing strategy, roadmap and budgetary plans Leadership of the broader marketing team with 4 direct reportsWork with the STL and board team on structure review and setup for future marketing teamCampaign execution and review of current marketing, comms and PR campaign/plansDigital review across all areas of the businessReview with business units on future requirements for marketingCRM and systems reviewWe are looking for an experienced senior marketing professional with a proven track record. You could be a professional consultant or currently between jobs and looking for a new challenge. We are hoping to identify someone to start immediately. The position will require on-site working on a hybrid basis so ideally, we would like to find someone living locally in Norfolk or Suffolk, especially given there are opportunities for longer term employment.
