We’re partnering with a high-growth, entrepreneurial consulting firm to find an AI Innovation & Enablement Lead – someone who blends product thinking, AI savviness, and enablement expertise to supercharge both internal AI adoption and client AI transformation. The Role Sitting at the heart of strategy, technology, and people, you’ll take charge of internal AI innovation efforts, while also shaping how AI is adopted externally. Think ChatGPT, Cursor, Agentic AI workflows, low-code tools – this is about building solutions that stick. You’ll guide internal product builds, enable firmwide capability, and push the boundaries of what\’s possible with AI. This is a high-impact, dual-facing leadership role, perfect for someone who loves both building and influencing. You will also work across the clients portfolio supporting AI adoption, driving excellence and innovation, supported by the company’s services in this area.
