What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a large, talented kitchen team across events, retail, and hospitality outlets
- Working closely with the Events Head Chef and Senior Retail Sous to deliver exceptional quality at every service
- Bringing innovation and efficiency to processes, menus, and kitchen operations
- Creating and delivering menus that excite, inspire, and meet the demands of varied clientele
- Maintaining calm and clarity in a high-volume environment while motivating your team to achieve excellence

- Proven experience in multi-outlet venues, ideally with an events background
- A strong kitchen leader who's hands-on, organised, and thrives under pressure
- Someone who can manage, mentor, and inspire - and knows how to build a happy, high-performing brigade
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a drive to streamline and elevate the food experience
- An excellent communicator with the confidence to lead change in a newly mobilised contract
