We're on the lookout for a passionate, organised, and forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead from the front and bring fresh energy to this exciting opportunity. This is not your average kitchen - it's a multi-outlet operation where no two days are the same!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a large, talented kitchen team across events, retail, and hospitality outlets
  • Working closely with the Events Head Chef and Senior Retail Sous to deliver exceptional quality at every service
  • Bringing innovation and efficiency to processes, menus, and kitchen operations
  • Creating and delivering menus that excite, inspire, and meet the demands of varied clientele
  • Maintaining calm and clarity in a high-volume environment while motivating your team to achieve excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in multi-outlet venues, ideally with an events background
  • A strong kitchen leader who's hands-on, organised, and thrives under pressure
  • Someone who can manage, mentor, and inspire - and knows how to build a happy, high-performing brigade
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a drive to streamline and elevate the food experience
  • An excellent communicator with the confidence to lead change in a newly mobilised contract
