We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, hard-working and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultants or Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions within our organisation. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment processes and tools. A specialism in the Tech, Financial or Education industry would be excellent.

Responsibilities

  • Business development skills to win business and build relationships with new clients.
  • Seek and manage relationships with clients throughout the onboarding and recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilise various platforms, including social media management, to promote job vacancies and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition.
  • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Generate leads for potential clients through networking and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
