Designated Safeguarding Lead Required for a SEN School in Ealing Designated Safeguarding Lead required in Ealing At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Designated Safeguarding Lead to work full-time at a fantastic SEN school in Ealing. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools. Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non-classroom-based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:00, 35 hours per week, during term time only. About the role: Our School Administrator duties can include: As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the DSL will take lead responsibility forsafeguarding and child protection across the school (including online safety). Theywill take part in strategy discussions and inter-agency meetings, and contribute tothe assessment of children; monitor the concerns through the school system. They will advise and support other members of staff on child welfare, safeguardingand child protection matters, and liaise with relevant agencies such as the localauthority and police.
