Be London is seeking a dynamic professional individual to join our rapidly growing team. We are currently seeking a Front of House Executive to join our Front of House team in day-to-day guest liaison/client relations. Responsible for all guest interactions and reputation management for the portfolio. We are after an individual with a good background in customer relations and ideally within the corporate hospitality and/or hotel industry. Experience in a hotel reception or reservations department would be ideal. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
Details
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and you'll be remotely working for a portion of this time. Competitive pay with quarterly discretionary bonuses. Staff benefits also include access to free stays in a wide selection of luxury apartments in central London, discretionary quarterly bonuses, membership of our employee assistance and benefits program, and discounts on a range of therapies and treatments. Must be able to work regular evenings and weekends. Salary - £29,600 - subject to passing probation.
