The CRM and Marketing Automation Manager will contribute to sophisticated marketing automation projects, with a particular focus on campaign activation, data integrity, and performance reporting, using tools like HubSpot, Enhancio, Salesforce, and Marketo.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll support the planning, setup and optimisation of complex lead generation and nurture campaigns, as well as play a key part in integrating platforms and automating workflows. You’ll liaise closely with internal teams across content, design and technical and client stakeholders, ensuring each project runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical setup and execution of ABM and lead generation campaigns
- Data modelling, campaign data research and workflow automation
- Integration of marketing automation tools with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Enhancio)
- Development of dashboards and performance reports
- Collaborate across content, design, and technical teams for cohesive campaign delivery
- Maintain project plans, manage timelines, and ensure accurate delivery to brief
- Advise clients on how to extract maximum value from their marketing technology stack
- Liaise with client-side tech teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Coach and support junior team members as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in CRM, email marketing, social or marketing automation
- Proven hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Enhancio
- Knowledge of campaign design, nurture flows, data workflows, and reporting
- Ability to create high-converting landing pages and optimised campaign assets
- Grasp of ABM principles and lead generation best practices
- Skilled at translating technical capabilities into practical marketing strategies
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Comfortable working collaboratively within remote or hybrid teams
