We’re seeking experienced legal cashiers with at least 1 year of previous cashiering experience to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for managing various client sites and performing a full range of cashiering duties for each.
This role offers diverse daily tasks, providing deep job satisfaction. It is a fast-paced environment requiring you to manage a varied workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Process all accounting transactions according to departmental procedures and relevant regulatory standards for your assigned clients and additional sites as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including management reports, bank reports, client balance reports, LAA, and VAT reconciliation reports, following departmental policies.
- Communicate with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders to address queries and provide suggestions.
- Immediately escalate any issues or potential issues related to clients or procedures to your manager.
- Support and train new and existing staff as directed by your manager.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by your manager.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a legal cashier with knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
