Enterprise Architect (City of London)

Role: Enterprise Architect

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable design system across multiple products and platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving technical strategy, and ensuring consistent, reusable UI architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and evolve a company-wide design system
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Define design system standards, governance, and best practices
• Integrate existing tools and streamline workflows
• Mentor developers and promote system adoption
• Lead CI/CD integration and automation for component delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in architecture and design systems
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, React Native
• Familiarity with Storybook, Chromatic, and Zeroheight
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
