Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Executive – Exhibitions – Events

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Benefits

Location: Farnborough (Office-Based)

Benefits: 25 Days Holiday, and Annual Bonus – Converting inbound leads

Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven business development experience, particularly in the exhibitions, events, or brand activation industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance creativity with practical solutions.
• Confident in using CRM tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to push boundaries.
• Bonus: A background in design or project management is a plus!
