Responsible to the Fleet Manager, the Technical Superintendent is responsible for managing the technical operation of their assigned vessels.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Qualified Chief Engineer or 1st/2nd Engineer Unlimited (would consider a seafarer looking to move ashore)
- Previous experience in a marine technical department, basic finance and budgets is desirable.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) and oral and written skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and open to working in a dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal, planning and organisational skills, ability to engage and interact with people at all levels and ability to develop creative and effective solutions to problems.
